Workforce Support Agent - England Rugby 2015

England Rugby 2015 is recruiting for a Workforce Support Agent, who will be part of the Workforce Hub that manages and supports The Pack during the build-up and delivery of the Tournament. The Workforce Support Agent will be the first port of call for all volunteer queries and this role requires a high level of communication, organisation and trouble-shooting skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve high volumes of volunteer queries regarding their training and rosters via telephone and email
- Manage and utilise the Tournament Management System (TMS) and Volunteer Portal which is the tool that volunteers use to monitor their ongoing involvement in The Pack.
