Legal Counsel - Rugby Travel & Hospitality Ltd
The successful candidate will be a sole in-house legal counsel and undertake a wide range of functions and provide a high quality commercial legal service. Key Responsibilities include ensuring compliance to legal standards and all contractual obligations, developing appropriate legal systems, managing the risk register, drafting standard procurement terms, hospitality and travel agent agreements, standard sales terms and conditions, privacy policies, website T&C’s, etc and undertaking legal due diligence.
Three to four years post qualification experience as a solicitor is required, including experience of an in-house legal role in a relevant industry sector, as is some experience of the sports and/or media/entertainment industry or the hospitality and/or travel sectors.
