Renowned as the first and biggest sports and music festival, Bournemouth 7s celebrates its eleventh edition this weekend.

With numerous awards under its belt, the festival now attracts over 30,000 party people and almost 400 sports teams to Bournemouth over the late May Bank Holiday weekend. Rugby, netball, dodgeball and hockey teams are represented in a number of competitions.

The 12 Themed Festival Arenas welcome over 40 live acts and DJs who combine to create a unique festival atmosphere.

On the video interview (link below) festival founder, Roger Woodall discusses his background, the original event concept and the risks involved in getting started.
