The Venue Logistics Manager is primarily responsible for the planning and management of Logistics operations within an assigned venue or cluster of venues, including the implementation of venue specific operating plans and processes for the efficient receipt, storage, distribution, ongoing supply and recovery of England 2015 assets. The roles are due to commence in April and May 2015.
- Act as a Logistics representative to the Venue Teams, ensuring smooth and seamless logistics operations at the assigned cluster of venues.
- Manage Logistics team at venues consisting of a combination of staff, volunteers and contractors.
- Maintain and monitor delivery schedules for bump-in, re-supply and bump-out of your venues whilst identifying cost effective methods for utilising staff and equipment.
